Dyson Service Delay for One Week
I dropped off my items at Ankara Kentpark Dyson Technical Service a week ago, and they have not been returned yet. They said they'd fix two vacuum parts in fifteen minutes. After hanging out at the mall for two hours, the staff mentioned they would take care of it later. My stuff, one covered by warranty and the other needing a ₺3,200 payment for a part, got fixed six days back but hasn't been sent out yet! So, I talked to customer service three times, and each time they told me everything was good.

Thanks to them, they got back to me yesterday and said that shipments are made on Fridays. When I asked them, "Why weren't the products completed on Monday, March 4, 2024, shipped on Friday, March 8, 2024, then?" they couldn't answer. What's even more interesting is that I said, "You haven't been able to ship a product for 15 days, and I don't think you'll be able to ship it this Friday either (March 15, 2024). I will come to Ankara over the weekend or on Monday (I live in Çankırı) and pick it up myself," to which I received the response, "We cannot keep your products in service." It sounds like a joke, but it's true. If the customer service of a brand like Dyson acts this way, I don't know what kind of service we should expect from any brand anymore.
The Dyson products I had in service completed the Ankara-Çankırı journey.
