Hello Dyson and manager M****, I purchased a Dyson brand robot vacuum on April 3, 2024. I couldn't even complete the necessary setup and procedures to use the product smoothly; it malfunctioned in our corridor. After unsuccessful discussions with Dyson customer service, I sent it for service. You returned my robot vacuum, claiming the issue was with our ordinary and nearly featureless carpet in the corridor; however, without resolving the problem and without sending back the product's charging adapter. Dear Dyson, dear M****, you're not solving the problem; you're returning the product incomplete. Why? Because it's out of stock. I want my product back, the one I paid for and sent for you to fix its problem. The product isn't functioning properly, yet the warranty period is ticking away. What I expect from Dyson is a properly working product. I believe my request is perfectly reasonable, and I expect you to rectify my grievance by promptly fulfilling your assumed responsibility.
