Dyson Refuses Return and Sends Back Vacuum With Dents and Paint Damage

On January 16, 2026, I purchased a Dyson V16 Animal vacuum cleaner from Vatan, and it has been defective since the first day. The air tube would not detach from the main dust bin, even when force was applied, and the machine’s suction performance was extremely weak. On January 28, 2026, I sent the vacuum to service requesting a return, but the return was refused. Instead, the unit was sent back to me with multiple dents and scratches on the air tube, and peeling paint in several areas on the top of the main dust bin. To make matters worse, they sent it back with the tube removed from the bin, almost as if mocking the situation. That is exactly the problem—am I supposed to send this machine to service every time the dust bin fills up? Now, am I expected to send it to service again because of the damage caused by your own service? I also submitted the same complaint through Dyson’s review channels, but I have received no response and no assistance whatsoever. I paid for a brand-new product, and I have been left frustrated and embarrassed for days because of this defective machine.
