Dyson Refund Ordeal - Stuck with Installments for Broken Vacuum


I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner, only to discover that it was malfunctioning after I used it. I quickly returned it to the store, where they suggested replacing it with a different color because the same model was not available. I insisted on getting the same product or a refund. What's their response? "Since you bought it in installments, we'll refund you in installments." Unacceptable! I underlined the importance of fixing my issue and waited for viable options. Unfortunately, they claimed no stock availability and left me hanging. I refuse to consider purchasing from Dyson again after such an ordeal. Customer service? A nightmare to contact, with even their WhatsApp line unavailable. This attitude is simply unacceptable, especially coming from a brand like Dyson. Now, as a consumer, I wonder: does one have to go through such problems after investing hard-earned money? Should choosing your brand, when there are so many other options available, automatically lead to disappointment?
