Dyson Blamed Me for Air Filter Issues Despite Multiple Repairs and Replacements
Hello, the air filter error in the Dyson air purification and humidification machine is being blamed on the user by the representative, which is truly frustrating. My requests were not met. The device has been sent for service 5-6 times, and it was replaced 2-3 times, yet the same error recurs every 6-7 months. The issue still hasn’t been resolved. The representative twists words and tries to place the blame on me, making it seem like the entire problem is my fault. It’s clear that the product has a faulty design. They’re even trying to blame this current issue on the fact that I used a descaling agent in a previous machine, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will be pursuing my legal rights under my workplace insurance. Let the machine be inspected, and if even the slightest chemical is found in the filter, I will accept my fault. However, it’s completely unacceptable to blame the current machine for something I did with the previous one.
