Dyson New Hair Straightener Stock Shortage

I bought the latest hair straightener from Dyson, and believe it or not, it was completely sold out in just two days after it arrived in Turkey. A small amount was restocked, and in no time at all, it disappeared once more. We haven't seen any new stock in quite a while. The product is being sold at inflated prices ranging from ₺30,000 to ₺35,000 where available due to its absence in stock. It's priced at ₺15,999. This appears to be an unjust marketing strategy. Why isn't Dyson giving a straightforward explanation?
