Dyson Has Stolen My Money
I was sent the wrong/cheaper product, and despite my several contacts with customer relations, I have never received feedback, let alone a solution. I had been very happy with my experience with Dyson products and their after-sales service in Canada; that is mainly the reason why I was so disappointed with their Turkey platform. My case is a very simple solution case, but they never even bothered to give an answer; it was like talking to a wall. Dyson should do something with their Turkey operation. They literally ripped me off in Turkey.
