Dyson Promised Same-Day Shipping for My Hair Styler but Delayed Delivery

I purchased a hair styler and dryer from Dyson, and the website assured same-day shipping for orders placed before 4 PM, so I selected my address accordingly. Being told to wait 48 hours really undermines the reason I chose that address in the first place. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, the representative completely missed my concern. I repeated my questions several times, yet they continued to evade my inquiries with unclear answers. I have seldom come across a representative who was so unhelpful. It’s disheartening to feel overlooked after adhering to the given instructions. If Dyson is unable to meet their shipping commitments, they ought to communicate transparently and provide a resolution.
