Dyson V8 Rotating Head Vacuum Breaks Down

I'm having an issue with the spinning brushes on my Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner. I bought it three years ago. When I reached out to the service, they requested a large amount of 3750 TL, which is nearly the same as the cost of a brand new vacuum cleaner. We've had the same problem ever since we bought the product. I sent it in once while it was still under warranty, but they said there was no problem. The customer service denied my request to fix or replace the item under the warranty. I'm really disappointed with Dyson. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
