Dyson Does Not Want To Give Commercial Invoice !!!
On 12 February, we purchased a Dyson wet and dry robot vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store in Gordion Mall and paid by credit card. All billing and company details were provided to the store at the time of purchase, and we also received an order confirmation email. However, despite clearly stating that we needed a commercial invoice, we have still not received it after many days. Since the purchase, we have revisited the store, sent around ten emails and called three times to request the commercial invoice. Each time, they repeatedly ask for the same billing information that was already given during the purchase instead of issuing the invoice. This situation is wasting our time and preventing us from using this purchase properly for our company records. The device’s serial number is 7VS-EU-UNB7207A and the purchase was made on behalf of Huriye A***. I find it unacceptable that a simple commercial invoice has not been issued despite all my efforts and clear communication. I am preparing to submit an official complaint to the government tax office regarding this behavior. I request that Dyson Gordion Mall immediately issue and send the correct commercial invoice for this purchase without asking again for information that has already been provided, and that this problem be resolved without any further delay.
I contacted the Dyson store and asked for my invoice many times, but each time the same information is requested again. I have not received any response, and the system’s attitude has disappointed me. Therefore, I think the process has reached a deadlock.
