Dyson Airwrap Tapered Barrel Still Malfunctioning After Two Replacements

I have been experiencing a long-standing malfunction with the tapered attachment of my Dyson Airwrap. The tapered barrel never performs a proper curl, and the wrapping process does not work as it should. In addition, when the tapered attachment is in use, the machine makes an abnormal, unusual sound.

Because of this, the tapered attachment has been replaced twice and the product has been sent to service, yet the issue still persists in exactly the same way. I have spoken with authorized service and customer support, and I have even sent the device to the service center, but no permanent solution has been provided to me.

When the product was returned from service, the box arrived in a very dirty condition, covered in stickers and stained with oil, which was another major disappointment. Between the unresolved technical issues and the careless handling during service, I cannot use the product comfortably or trustingly for its intended purpose.

Since these problems have been ongoing for a long time and no real solution has been achieved despite multiple service attempts, I request that my Dyson Airwrap be replaced with a new unit.
