Dyson Airwrap Replaced Product Failed Again

I purchased my Dyson Airwrap id from Dyson’s official website on November 29, 2024, for ₺20,000. On September 11, 2025, I had to send the device to service because the attachments were not staying in place. The service replaced the device and sent me a new one. However, on March 13, 2026, the replacement device stopped blowing hot air and I sent it to service once again. Since then, I have been waiting for an update about my device and have had to constantly ask about its status almost every day, yet I did not receive any clear or timely information. After this long waiting period, today I was informed that instead of repair or replacement, a refund would be issued. This decision is a complete disappointment for me. I bought the device in 2024 for ₺20,000, and its current sales price is ₺27,000. Not only have I been kept waiting for days without proper communication, but now I am being offered a refund based on the old purchase price. I have clearly stated that I do not accept this and that I either expect to be provided with a new device of a higher model or to be paid an additional ₺7,000 together with the refund so that I am not financially disadvantaged. It is unacceptable for the consequences of a low-quality and repeatedly malfunctioning product to be imposed on the customer. I request that my grievance be resolved urgently, that my order with tracking number B012024001106470 be handled fairly, and that either a new device of a higher model be provided or the ₺7,000 price difference be compensated along with the refund.

I kindly request your response and the resolution of my grievance on this matter. For days I haven't been able to dry my hair nor style it. It's been one month.

During my experience with Dyson, my device was replaced once in 2025 because its attachments would not stay in place. In 2026, I sent the new device to service again because it was not blowing hot air, but this time no solution has been provided yet. The brand informed me that a case has been opened, but my issue still remains unresolved. I am requesting a replacement with a higher model device, or a refund of the ₺7,999 price difference.
