Dyson Airwrap Delivered With Missing Filter Cleaning Attachment

My husband purchased a Dyson Airwrap as a birthday gift for me via MediaMarkt’s online store between 1–8 November. Despite the product description, the filter cleaning attachment that should have been included in the box was not delivered. Our order number is 281583591 and the product number is 1243766. Since the filter cleaning attachment is a necessary part for the proper use and maintenance of the device, I request that the missing filter cleaning apparatus be provided and sent to me as soon as possible.
