I purchased a Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ hair styling and drying set five days ago. From the very first use, the device runs for a short while, then a red light starts flashing and it shuts itself down by going into protection mode. This issue has occurred every single time I have used the device, so I have not been able to use the product properly since the day I bought it. After the problem started, I contacted the seller/Dyson and was told to send the product to the service center. I sent the device to the authorized service, but they stated that they did not encounter any such problem. However, I have videos clearly showing the red light flashing and the device shutting down during use, so the issue is obvious and continues. Because a brand-new and expensive product is malfunctioning from the first day and I cannot use it efficiently, I request that my Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ set be replaced with a new, fault-free product. I kindly ask for my complaint to be evaluated based on the video evidence I have and for the product change to be carried out as soon as possible.
