Faulty Dyson Coanda 2x Device And Replacement Request

I purchased the Dyson Coanda 2x from the official Dyson website on 22.10.2025. After only 20 days of use, the device has started experiencing several issues, including the motor shutting down on its own, a red warning light appearing, and blowing cold air instead of hot air. I contacted Dyson customer service via video call and clearly showed the malfunction. Although the issue was visible, I was only advised to “place the filter in soapy water,” which is not an acceptable solution for a device used for just 20 days. When I expressed my concern, I was simply told to send the product to the authorized service, and my problem was dismissed. I do not want my 20-day-old device to be repaired or lose its quality. I kindly request a full replacement with a brand-new unit. Customer No: 070WEB01 I kindly request Dyson’s support regarding this matter.
