Dyson Airstrait Warranty Refused Serial Number Label Missing

I purchased my Dyson Airstrait device from Dyson Türkiye with the invoice dated 21.01.2025, and the product is still under warranty. Despite this, I have been seriously aggrieved throughout the process and at this point I feel as if I am being mocked. My invoice number is B012025000069643. When I realized that the label with the serial number on the device had come off, I did not know that this was such a critical issue, and I was never informed about this in advance by Dyson. In the problem I experienced, I was first told that I had to take the product to the authorized service. Since I do not live in the city where the technical service is located, I specifically had to travel to another city and went to the service in Denizli. There, I was told that absolutely no procedure could be carried out because there was no serial number on the device, and I was sent back without any support, even though the product is under warranty and I had my invoice. After that, I contacted customer service again. This time I was told that since there is no serial number, the device would be considered out of warranty, but that I could send it in for a paid repair. I agreed to this as well and sent the product with the code they provided. However, the product was then returned to me once again without any action, with the same explanation that “there is no serial number,” and no repair or alternative solution was offered. From the beginning, I have followed all the instructions given to me and complied with every request, yet I have received a different response and excuse at every step and no result has been achieved. I have a product that is within the warranty period, I have a valid invoice, and I have spent considerable time and effort traveling between cities and dealing with support, but I am still left with a device that is not repaired and that I effectively cannot use. I do not accept that Dyson Türkiye is victimizing me in this way just because the serial number label of my Airstrait device has fallen off and prolonging the process by giving different answers each time, despite the existence of my invoice and ongoing warranty. I request that my product be repaired either under warranty or on a paid basis as I was told, or that it be replaced with a fault-free device, and that a clear and permanent solution be provided without any further delay.

Dyson customer service is completely evading responsibility, hiding behind the service department, and providing no solution. During this process I have suffered serious inconvenience and I no longer want to be stalled, I want a solution. I demand that my device be replaced immediately or repaired. Otherwise I clearly state that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board. What will happen to this product—should we throw it away? You are not standing up for a guaranteed product just because the label has come off and it suddenly won't open; the technical services are also not doing anything.

Here, as stated in the warranty terms, there is also an invoice; there is no extra element that will be on a label, and I expect a response as soon as possible.
