Dyson 5th Gen Battery Failure - Unacceptable Quality and Service

It is quite disheartening for the Dyson brand that the battery, which is a vital component of the machine, has failed within just 5 months. The product had a malfunction before the installment payments were even finished. Furthermore, the customer service team informed me that they would be sending a different colored battery, which is not satisfactory. I would like my device, which is only 5 months old, to be replaced with a new machine so that it remains in good condition. If this matter is not resolved, I will take the appropriate steps to address it with the relevant authorities. Although I can handle accessories failing to some degree, it's really disappointing when the battery, which is the main component of the machine, malfunctions within just 5 months.
