I am an active Duolingo Super subscriber and regularly use the mobile app. After completing the English course, I encountered a very basic issue in the “speaking / voice exercises” section: the Turkish translations of English sentences are not displayed. This is a fundamental feature that should be available even at the simplest level, yet it does not work in the English course.
What is even more surprising is that this problem does not exist in other languages. This shows that it is not a general system issue, but a specific and long-standing malfunction in the English course. This issue has been ongoing for one year without any resolution.
During this time, I have reported the problem multiple times through in-app support, email, and other channels, explaining it in detail. However, I have not received a single response—no explanation and no attempt to fix the issue. I feel completely ignored as a user.
Ignoring such a basic problem for such a long time reflects a lack of concern for users. I request that this issue be identified and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear and direct explanation regarding the situation. Until this problem is fixed, I will continue to raise this issue and file complaints across all platforms.
