I bought Dexyane Med Palpebral from a pharmacy in Spain and used it for the first time on 6 March 2025. I applied the product to both eyelids before going to bed, as it is presented as suitable for the delicate eye area. When I woke up, my eyelids were severely swollen, very red, intensely itchy and looked as if I had two black eyes. After this reaction I immediately stopped using Dexyane Med Palpebral and I am currently taking antihistamines due to this adverse reaction. I am extremely concerned that a product intended for such a sensitive area has caused such a severe effect after a single use. I request that the ingredients and formulation of Dexyane Med Palpebral be urgently investigated, especially in terms of its safety for the delicate eye area, and that this adverse reaction be formally recorded. I also expect the brand to contact me regarding compensation for the harm and distress caused, and to take steps to raise awareness and prevent similar incidents for other consumers.
