Dreame Book App Accessed My Private Information Without Consent

While reading books on the Dreame book app, for about a month now, access has been gained through the app to my personal information — even to my private space, such as my bedroom, which only I should know about during the day. This has become evident as readers are expressing these private details in their comments. I am currently deeply concerned about my phone and privacy. I would like the application to take action regarding this issue.
