DraftKings Settled My Winning Mbappé Shots on Target Bet as a Loss

I placed a bet today on DraftKings Sports for the France vs. Morocco match, specifically that Kylian Mbappé would have 3 shots on target. The condition of the bet was met, but DraftKings graded my bet as a loss even though the requirement was fulfilled. I am using DraftKings from California. After noticing that the bet was incorrectly graded, I contacted DraftKings customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that DraftKings correct this bet to a win and pay out the appropriate winnings as soon as possible.
