DraftKings App Update Keeps Logging Me Out and Won’t Verify My Location

Originally my go-to, Draft Kings has been one issue after another since the most recent app upgrade. Either hit or miss when logging in; when I do get in, I nearly always log off within minutes. I thus find myself unable to make any bets at all since the app also fails to confirm my location, even though I live in a legitimate area. Another problem are promotions; I have chosen them several times just to find they are not used, which is really annoying. I have often contacted customer service, but they simply keep using the same ineffective troubleshooting techniques. They seem content to take my money but reluctant to make sure I can really make good use of the app.
