If your DPD tracking says "Out for delivery" but it doesn't seem to be moving, open the DPD website or app and find the "chat" option. Customers in the UK can call 0121 275 0500 or start the 24/7 chat for a faster answer.

If you're not in the UK, go to the DPD help page for your country, fill out the contact form or use live chat, and then call the number given. Have your 14-digit parcel number and postcode ready.
