If your DPD parcel arrived damaged, take clear photos of the box, packaging, and the item itself immediately before moving or discarding anything.
Then contact the sender or retailer as soon as possible, since DPD only accepts claims from the contract holder who paid for shipping.
The sender must submit a damage claim within 7 days of delivery, including photos, proof of value (invoice or receipt), and the parcel number. Once all documents are received, DPD usually processes compensation within about 30 days.
