Arçelik Shows Procedures and Warranty Process as an Excuse Not to Fix My Refrigerator


For months, Arçelik has deliberately delayed replacing my malfunctioning refrigerator. Despite providing ample photographic evidence of the product's poor condition, I have received no compensation for the inconvenience. While the replacement has finally been approved, Arçelik demands the immediate removal of the old refrigerator, disregarding the fact that I have no storage space for current food supplies. Their insistence on a same-day exchange during the busy post-Eid al-Adha period is unreasonable and will result in significant food waste. I have requested assistance with installation and removal but have been met with indifference and bureaucracy. This entire ordeal has caused immense stress and financial loss due to spoiled food. I demand immediate support to resolve this issue without further inconvenience."
