Domino's Pizza Fails Repeatedly - Cold Pizza, Wrong Order & Unreachable Staff

The Domino's Pizza branch on Istanbul Street in Bakırköy, along with many other Domino's Pizza branches, employs staff in a manner that violates human rights. They make a 20-year-old girl work a fixed shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Other than that, they constantly make the employees they hire work the night shift. Married people are expected to get home at 3:00 or 4:00 AM, and this happens all the time. While others with children finish work at 6:00 PM, the others are always on the night shift. This does not conform to any work ethic. This is the case not only at the Domino's Pizza in Avcılar but also in Bakırköy. Then they spend the whole year looking for staff. Everyone should have a fixed opening shift for one week. Until I go to İŞKUR, I will write a petition to report that Domino's Pizza, which claims to be a corporate entity, is committing this injustice. Men and women are equal under the constitution. There is no rule that women should do the easier tasks and men the harder ones. If they are getting paid the same, everyone should work under equal conditions. Women should also work under equal conditions and do the night shifts. The manager of Domino's Pizza on Istanbul Street in Bakırköy made me spend ₺600 on preparing documents. On the second day, he tried to assign me a fixed closing shift for a week. If a girl working as a delivery courier earns the same pay as me, she should also do a week of fixed closing shifts. If they are earning the same pay, men and women are equal. This applies to other Domino's Pizza branches as well. They are all desperately looking for staff to work the closing shifts because nobody wants to work the closing shift. I'm sorry, but nobody wants to work a fixed closing shift, especially if they are earning the same pay.

Just ordered pizza from the Karaköprü branch (Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Boulevard No:32/C Karaköprü) that never honors the 30-minute guarantee. If you won't meet the deadline, don't promise it; the branch takes the money, and then it's Domino's central's problem. I sent the meal back, and I'm starving. I...

On May 13, I placed an order from Domino’s Pizza, specifically the Çiğli Efesus branch. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. It took 70 full minutes for the delivery to arrive, and when it finally did, the pizza was ice cold. Unacceptable. Right in front of the delivery driver, I...

I placed an order with Domino's Pizza, but despite waiting at my door for 1.5 hours, the pizza was never delivered. Adding to the frustration, the Yemeksepeti app showed a "delivered" status about 30 minutes before I even contacted customer service. When I tried to resolve the issue, the branch sta...

On 08.05.2023/ 1.30 am, my pizza order did not come with garlic sauce crust, we sent it back with the courier. When the courier brought the pizza, it was filled with inedible oil on top of the old pizza! The pizza was not eaten. Moreover, they charged 5 TL more for sauce for some reason. The pizza i...
