Domino’s Delivery Arrived Late, Burned, and Cold

At around 11:40 PM on September 19, 2026, I placed an order from Domino's Pizza İskenderun for two medium pizzas and chicken items. My order did not arrive until around 1:00 AM. When it was delivered, one of the pizzas was visibly burned, while both pizzas and the chicken were completely cold and practically too cold to eat. I contacted both the branch and customer service about the issue, but I was told that no solution could be offered to me. Receiving this kind of response after receiving an order that was extremely late, burned, and cold has seriously damaged my trust in the Domino’s brand. To resolve the inconvenience I experienced, I request a full refund of the amount I paid, that my order be freshly prepared and delivered hot and properly cooked, and that I receive a formal apology from the company.
