Domino's Pizza Delivery Mishap, Lost, Cold, and Late

I placed an order with Domino's Pizza at midnight, anticipating a delivery time of 35 to 45 minutes. It did, however, take over an hour to arrive. I specifically requested that it be hot, but it not only arrived late, but it was ice-cold. To make matters worse, my cola order was not delivered. If this happened only once, I could ignore it, but it's becoming a recurring problem. Domino's, we love your pizza, but this level of disappointment is too much for us. I'm not going to order from Domino's again.
