Domino's Pizza Late Delivery Cold Food And Missing Drink With No Follow Up

I placed my order from Domino’s, and it was delivered about 1 hour late; when it arrived, the pizzas were unfortunately cold. In addition, the drink included in my order was not delivered. When I informed the courier, he said, “I forgot, I’ll bring it shortly or send the money,” but neither the drink was delivered nor did I receive any follow-up. I then called the branch, and they said this might have happened due to high workload. When I called again the next day, they confirmed that the courier had made a mistake and told me that I could come to the branch to pick up the drink or that they would get back to me. I was surprised that I, the person who received the order at home, was being asked to go to the branch. Furthermore, I never received any follow-up afterward. I understand that such issues can occur due to busyness, but I still expected a proper solution for the missing item and a smoother overall process. Domino’s Pizza for delivery? There are definitely better alternatives.
