I am a user of the Dm win platform with UID 5039311. On April 13, 2026, I made two bank transfer deposits from my India Post Payments Bank account to Dm win in the amounts of ₹2000 and ₹1900. However, these deposits have not been reflected in my Dm win account balance.
I contacted Dm win customer support regarding the missing funds, but I did not receive any clear or satisfactory explanation about where my money has gone or why the deposits have not been credited. This lack of transparency and support is extremely frustrating.
I request that the total amount of ₹3900 from these two transactions be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, or that Dm win provide a clear explanation of the transaction status and resolve the issue without any further delay.
