DMWin UPI Transaction Failed

I am writing regarding a serious issue with DM Win’s service, where my deposit has not been credited for a long time. On 19/03/2026, I made a UPI payment of 5000 to DM Win using the UPI ID deepa***@indianbk, but even after 22 days the amount has still not been received in my DM Win account. When I contacted DM Win customer support, they told me that my payment had not been received on their side. However, when I contacted my bank, they clearly confirmed that the payment was successfully processed and completed. My bank is now asking for the bank statement or transaction proof from the receiving side, specifically from Deepak K***’s bank account, to investigate the matter further and resolve it. Despite this, DM Win is not sharing any bank statement or transaction proof, which is causing the issue to remain unresolved and my money to be stuck. I request that DM Win either immediately credit the 5000 to my DM Win account or refund it back to my bank account, and also share the relevant bank statement or transaction details as required so that my bank can close the investigation. I expect this matter to be handled urgently, and I would like a clear and written response explaining what has happened with this transaction and how and when my 5000 will be returned or credited.
