DistroKid Does Not Recognize My Active Google Play Musician Plan Subscription

On August 3, 2026, I purchased the annual “Musician Plan” subscription from DistroKid, LLC through Google Play. I paid by credit card for a package that allows unlimited music uploads, with a total annual cost of $24. The Google Play order number is GPA.3319-0798-2374-75885, and the email address linked to my account is e***********@gmail.com**. The amount has been converted from Turkish lira to U.S. dollars using the current exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

My DistroKid Musician Plan subscription appears as active in my Google Play account, and I can view the subscription details. However, when I try to upload music through the DistroKid application, the system asks me to make another payment. I only see the message “No releases yet” and the “Upload Music” button, and I cannot proceed beyond this screen. In other words, although my subscription is active on Google Play, DistroKid does not recognize the paid plan on its platform, and I cannot use the service I purchased.

I attempted to get support and contact information through the bot inside the application, but I was unable to reach a real support channel or email address. I could not communicate with anyone, which has caused both wasted time and serious inconvenience.

In exchange for the subscription fee I paid to DistroKid, I request that the Musician Plan associated with my e***********@gmail.com** account be activated immediately and that I be allowed to use my annual subscription without interruption. I request that the active Google Play subscription be properly linked with the DistroKid system and that the issue causing the platform to request another payment be resolved urgently.
