Disney+ Renewed My Canceled Subscription and Charged Me $5
I purchased the ad-supported Disney+ plan for one month as a trial. Even though I paid for the subscription, after approximately 10 days I could no longer access the platform on my television, phone, or any of my other devices. Since I was unable to watch any content, I canceled my subscription, and I clearly remember completing the cancellation.
I definitely did not want to continue for a second month, but despite canceling, I discovered that a renewal charge of $5 was billed to me this month through mobile billing. I was shocked to see that my subscription had renewed even though I had canceled it. I do not accept being charged for a service that I was unable to use.
I believe Disney+ can verify through its system logs that I have not used the subscription for a long time and can also review the cancellation activity on my account. Therefore, I reject this renewed subscription and request that the unauthorized $5 charge for a service I could not access be fully refunded to my mobile billing account. I also request that my subscription be permanently terminated. My account is registered under the following email address: u********@Gmail.com**. The attached email from Disney+ was sent on the day I canceled my subscription using a computer.
