Diadermine Makeup Remover Burned My Face Immediately After Use

I used Diadermine's makeup remover for the first time, and as soon as I applied it to my face, it felt like my skin was burning. The pain was intense, and I had to quickly apply moisturizer to try and calm my skin down, but the damage was already done. I’m shocked by how harsh this product is, especially since it’s supposed to be gentle enough for facial use. I have no idea what ingredients could cause such a reaction, but I’m extremely disappointed. This product should not cause this kind of pain. I need Diadermine to address this issue immediately and offer a solution!
