Diadermine Cleanser for Sensitive Skin Burned My Face and Lips

I used Diadermine facial cleansing water for the first time, and despite it being labeled for sensitive and dry skin, it immediately burned my face and caused redness. My skin is quite sensitive, so I thought this product would work well, but it was far worse than I expected. The label warns not to apply it to lips or eyes, but even avoiding those areas, the product irritated my skin badly. It also burned my lips, and the pain was unbearable. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and now regret trying this brand. I want a full refund for this product. Please resolve this issue quickly.
