Diadermine Eye Makeup Remover FAIL! New Formula Leaves Mess, Not Clean Eyes!

I have been using Diadermine eye makeup remover for a long time, but the recent ones I purchased are not effective in removing eye makeup; they just create a mess! Unbelievable! I purchased four extra ones just in case, but I've never come across an eye makeup remover that performs so poorly. I have experience with this brand from previous usage! How could you possibly ruin this product to such an extent? I splurged on four bottles. I would like my concerns to be resolved. Please contact me as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
