The worst DHL customer service The worst customer service you can deal with, the Turkey office DHL does not care about customers at all. An important shipment can remain with them for two weeks without care. I do not recommend working with them at all. I have been shipping since last Monday 11.12.2023 This shipping has been pending for over a week., This means that we have important shipping papers, the shipment is stopped at the port, and we are subject to large fines.
