Samsung Dryer Not Delivered – DHL Keeps Delaying Without Reason
I purchased a Samsung dryer on February 17, but it still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact DHL, they claim that the roads are closed and tell me to wait for "tomorrow or another day." However, the roads are not closed, and other delivery services are operating as usual.
Yesterday, they could have easily delivered it if they had called just 20 minutes earlier—someone would have been home. Why is DHL unable to deliver a single appliance in three days? I have to take time off work every day just to wait for my package, which is completely unacceptable.
