AI-Supported Customer Service of DHL Express Is Terrible
As a first-time user of DHL Express for international shipping, I expected clear guidance on essential document procurement and consignment preparation. Instead, the AI customer greeting system and customer service provided irrelevant information, wasting time. When the delivery couriers arrived at 6:12 PM without resolving the issue or waiting, they suggested sending the parcel to G***** H*** at the Okmeydanı branch by 7:00 PM. After contacting DHL customer service to inform G***** H***, I was told, "Sorry, the front desk closes at 6:40 PM," admitting their mistake. However, they now refuse to answer my calls. I'm deeply disappointed in DHL Express.
