DHL Sends My Package to the Wrong Branch Despite Years of Complaints

DHL Türkiye bought MNG Cargo, but the same problems continue because DHL managers are used to making money while they sleep. A package I want delivered to the Sefaköy branch is handled correctly by all other cargo companies, but DHL Cargo consistently sends it to the Çınaryolu branch instead. I’ve filed complaints multiple times, but nothing has changed. It’s as if customer feedback is completely ignored. This has been happening for 10 years. The Çınaryolu branch is in Halkalı and is 5 km away from the Sefaköy center. As I said, DHL managers are used to earning money without lifting a finger.
