I Couldn't Reach DHL Customer Service

I called DHL customer service to inquire about their Fulfillment Network service, only to be told that such a service doesn't exist. Another representative said they handle air transportation and directed me to contact someone else for road transport inquiries. I called again because there's only one DHL customer service number starting with 444 listed online. I called the road transport number they provided four times and waited for long periods, but no one answered the phone. Your website mentions this service, yet we can't find anyone to provide information. Ridiculous!
