Unable to Cancel Detectico Subscription and Request Immediate Resolution

I subscribed to Detectico on 2024-12-02 by paying ₺26. However, I now want to cancel my subscription, and I’m unable to do so through their system. The service has been completely unhelpful, and I feel that the ₺26 I paid was wasted, as I couldn’t use the platform effectively.

If any additional charges are made to my account or taken from me in any way, I will immediately initiate legal action. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

I demand that Detectico cancel my subscription immediately and confirm that no further payments will be taken from my account. Resolving this issue promptly will prevent further action on my part. Please address this matter urgently.
