Detectico Charged My Account and Provided No Service – Refund Request

On March 19, 2025, I subscribed to Detectico by paying ₺29.71, expecting to use its services. However, the platform turned out to be completely useless, and I was unable to use it for anything. After struggling, I finally managed to cancel my subscription—or at least I think I did.

I want to make it very clear that if any further charges are deducted from my account without my consent, I will immediately take legal action. Even the ₺29.71 I already paid was a waste, and I do not want to lose another cent to this platform.

I demand confirmation of my cancellation and expect no further charges from Detectico. If my request is ignored, I will pursue legal action without hesitation.
