Dentakay Health Disrespects Appointment Times—Unacceptable Waiting & Rude Staff

Visiting Dentakay Health felt no different from a public hospital—they completely disregard appointment times! Even though I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, I was forced to wait much longer than expected because late patients were given priority over those who arrived punctually.

When I addressed this issue with the staff, their response was dismissive and unprofessional, implying that I should just wait and accept it. If appointments aren’t honored, then what’s the point of scheduling them? Why should those who arrive late be taken in before those who respect the schedule?

Dentakay, this is disrespectful and unfair treatment. I strongly urge you to fix your scheduling system and train your staff to treat patients with the professionalism they deserve! If you’re considering this clinic, be warned—they do not respect your time!
