I visited Dentakay Yenibosna on September 11 at 9:30 AM, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Since my visit was covered by insurance, the staff treated me with complete indifference, as if I wasn’t a paying customer.
Just because I used insurance doesn’t mean I deserve lower-quality care. You still receive payment from my provider, so I expect professional and attentive service like any other patient. Instead, I encountered rude behavior and a rushed, careless tartar cleaning that was done with no attention to detail.
