Dell Vostro Keeps Overheating Despite Multiple Repairs

In 2023, I purchased a Dell Vostro laptop online and have been using it every day at my workplace to run the business software that my operations depend on. From the day I received the computer, I experienced serious overheating issues. Over time, those problems were followed by recurring system errors that have made the laptop unreliable and difficult to use for my daily work.

I have contacted Dell numerous times about these issues and sent multiple emails requesting assistance. Dell technicians repeatedly connected to my computer remotely and applied temporary fixes. After each session, I was told the problem had been resolved, but the same errors returned shortly afterward. Eventually, a Dell service technician came to my workplace and performed an on-site repair. Once again, I was informed that the issue had been fixed, yet the overheating and system errors continued, and no permanent solution was provided.

Because I rely on this computer to run essential business software every day, I cannot simply send it away for service. In addition, every repair attempt carries the risk of my business applications being removed or disrupted, which would result in lost time and financial impact. After experiencing repeated failures and temporary fixes, I am no longer looking for another short-term workaround. I am requesting that Dell provide a permanent on-site repair that fully resolves the recurring overheating and system stability issues without disrupting my business operations.
