Dell Inspiron 15 5510 Keyboard Keys Started Peeling

I have been using my Dell Inspiron 15 5510 laptop for approximately three years. Shortly after the warranty expired, the lettering and coating on the keyboard keys began to peel. Over the past year, the condition has become significantly worse. The keyboard now looks heavily worn, and I am very disappointed that a laptop of this quality has developed such severe cosmetic deterioration in such a relatively short period of time.
I first noticed the issue around December 2024, and it has continued to worsen ever since. I have only used the laptop for normal home and office work and have never subjected it to heavy or abusive use. Because of that, I did not expect the keyboard to deteriorate so quickly. I have not yet contacted Dell or an authorized service center, but I wanted to report the issue in hopes of reaching a fair resolution.
Although the warranty has only recently expired, I respectfully request that Dell replace the defective keyboard as a gesture of customer satisfaction. I ask that this issue be reviewed carefully and that I be contacted with an appropriate solution to resolve the problem.
