Deichmann Sale Of Low-quality And Non-original Products

I bought a pair of Minecraft children’s shoes from the Deichmann Fethiye Erasta store on 30.12.2025 for approximately 2,000 TL for my child. Only two days after purchase, the shoes were already torn, which clearly shows a serious quality problem and is extremely disappointing for a brand of this size. Shoes produced for children should be durable and safe, and a product that falls apart within two days is simply unacceptable. Although I have lost the receipt, I do have video recordings clearly showing the condition of the product and the problem experienced. I request that this issue be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible with either a full refund or a replacement pair of shoes. I expect Deichmann to stand behind its product and not cause further victimization over this clearly defective item.
