Deichmann Refused to Exchange Unused Boots Due to Lost Receipt

About two months ago, I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter from the Deichmann store located in Van Shopping Mall. The product was never used, not even taken out of the box, and the receipt was in perfect condition with no signs of wear. However, because we lost the receipt, we were told at the store that an exchange would absolutely not be allowed, and no assistance was provided in any way.
As a brand I have shopped with for many years, especially in a time when all purchases are tracked through digital systems, I was deeply disappointed by such a rigid and indifferent approach. Even though I clearly stated that I was requesting an exchange, no one—including the store manager—acted in a solution-oriented manner, and I was met with an extremely dismissive and careless attitude.
I believe this behavior damages the image of the Deichmann brand and misrepresents it by showing a lack of concern for customers. I would like to point out that my purchase can be verified through store records and systems, and it is also clearly evident that the product has never been used. I am requesting an exchange for the boots I purchased for my daughter and ask that the approach taken by the Deichmann store at Van Shopping Mall be reviewed and that a customer-satisfaction-focused solution be provided.
