I purchased a Deerma spray mop, and after just 4 months, it broke. When I contacted Deerma, they told me the internal seal was missing. At first, they promised to provide the part, but later said I would need to buy it myself. However, this part is not available for purchase online. Additionally, they admitted that this is a common issue with the product, so they should be providing replacements—especially since it's only been 4 months. I believe they should send this part free of charge. I’ve been back and forth with them for 15 days, but they’ve done nothing to help. I’m attaching the messages to show how they’ve ignored my issue.
